“Good Thoughts, Bad Thoughts” by Funkadelic

Guitarist Eddie Hazel kinda-sorta quit Funkadelic in 1971 after fighting with George Clinton over money, but you wouldn’t know it from listening to 1974’s Standing On the Verge of Getting It On.  This is his record.  Hazel co-wrote all the songs under a pseudonym, and his angular guitar is dancing all over the place.  This is one of my favorite records for when I’m stoned.
