I believe this is a Canadian band, and I have no idea how to describe them—but isn’t that a good thing? Imagine a Garage Rock band hooked on painkillers and Pop music. No, imagine your stoner friends trying to cover all their favorite songs on one album, except they get brilliantly confused and try to throw Motown, surf guitar, Minutemen, psychedelia, and The Ronettes into the same track—and they’re just talented enough to pretend they meant to do that.
