Doc Shoe’s Music Blog Is Going Country

And I’m not talking about bullshit like Taylor Swift either.  When I ask people what kind of music they like, the answer I get most often is, “Oh, I guess I like everything except Rap and Country.”

Which is really unfair to two great genres of music, when you think about it.  I’m not on familiar-enough terms with Hip Hop, personally, but I’m more than happy to put together a marathon of Country music for next week.  It’s the music I’ve been listening to since I was a kid, when my grandparents would take me to their shows when they played in their band, Buck & The Buckshots.

So if you’re not sure how you feel about this kind of music, just tune in next week and keep an open mind.  I think you’re gonna like it.

In the meantime, keep on rockin’ in the Free World, folks—
