Fuck it, this is as good an excuse as any to post “Floor Length Hair” by Kid Congo Powers. He’s been in a few lousy little bands I’m sure you’ve never heard of—bands like The Cramps, The Gun Club, and Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds—but these days he records solo or with his band The Pink Monkey Birds.
